Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Proceedings of Annual Language, Literature, and Culture International Conference (ALICIO) 2026 must comply with the conference proceedings' focus and scope, as well as the established author guidelines. Submissions must demonstrate sufficient scholarly merit, originality, and novelty relevant to the conference's academic themes. Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism. Authors are encouraged to use plagiarism detection software to examine the similarity of their manuscripts before submission. The editorial team will also conduct similarity checks using Turnitin as part of the initial manuscript screening process.

All research articles submitted for consideration will undergo a double-blind peer-review process, in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain confidential. Each manuscript will be evaluated by at least two qualified reviewers with relevant subject-matter expertise. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and academically substantive feedback to help authors improve the quality, rigor, and clarity of their manuscripts.

The final decision regarding manuscript acceptance rests with the editorial team, taking into account the reviewers' recommendations, the manuscript's scholarly quality, and its compliance with the publication requirements. The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for determining the publication schedule and the order of accepted articles, considering the dates of acceptance, the geographical diversity of contributing authors, and the thematic coherence of the proceedings.
